Acceptance connects visits and artwork actions to a random session code. The private archive includes full IP addresses, browser and device details, active time, navigation, sampled pointer positions, touch, click, scroll and artwork-control events. Heatmaps are built from these events; they are not screen recordings.

Text input contents, passwords, webcam frames and audio recordings are excluded from analytics. The Feature Fusion contribution workflow is described separately in the privacy notice.

Changing or withdrawing your choice

Open Visitor preferences in the footer to withdraw. Future collection stops, the participation cookie is revoked and an open interactive edition closes. Already archived records and published generated portraits are not automatically deleted. The administrator can export or delete records and remove images. A new notice revision or an expired choice asks for a new decision.

Clear my saved choice removes the local preference after revocation. Clearing browser storage alone does not delete server records. If storage is blocked, the choice may last only for the current document; participation requires the session cookie to work. With JavaScript disabled, exhibition texts and policies remain available without this application’s analytics.

Camera, microphone and graphics

We do not record or save video or microphone audio. Camera and microphone effects are processed locally on your phone or computer, with separate browser permissions. Temporary reflections and silhouettes remain in memory and are released when you stop the camera or close the experience. Feature Fusion only sends a photo when you explicitly submit it; its processing and the generated portrait archive are explained before submission and in the privacy notice.

Delivery and security

Cloudflare delivers and protects the website. Your browser and Cloudflare may cache public presentation files. Private API responses and statistics are not cached. Hosting and security systems process technical requests independently of the participation choice.

Cloudflare security challenges may use security cookies. Their operation is described in Cloudflare’s documentation. They are distinct from exhibition analytics.

Changes to storage

Changes to analytics services are reflected in this notice and the storage inventory before activation.

Visitor preferences

Accepting enables participation analytics on exhibition pages and interactive editions: navigation, active time, clicks, touch, sampled pointer positions, scroll, artwork controls, errors and contribution events. We also record your full IP address, browser and device information.

We do not record or save video or microphone audio. Camera and microphone effects run locally on your phone or computer. Feature Fusion is the exception for a photo you choose to submit; its processing and storage are explained before you send it.

Session heatmaps and reconstructed visits help us study how the exhibition is explored. They do not record camera images, microphone audio, passwords or the contents of text fields. Administrators can view participation records; these are not shown in the public gallery.

Interactive editions require acceptance. Declining keeps presentation pages available. Camera and microphone access always require a separate browser permission. Feature Fusion explains its AI image processing and gallery publication before you submit a contribution.
